Configure general behavior of the Firebender plugin
Accessing Firebender Settings
To access Firebender settings:
Press
Shift
twice (double shift) to open the Search Everywhere dialog
Type “Firebender Settings” in the search box
Click on the Firebender Settings option from the results
This will open the Firebender settings panel where you can configure all options.
Code Completions
Enable Code Completions
- enable or disable Firebender’s code completion functionality
Completion Toggle Keymap: Configure the keyboard shortcut for quickly toggling completions on/off
UI Options
Enable Firebender Tool Tip
- Toggle to show or hide Firebender tooltips in the editor
Agent Behavior
Enable Terminal Auto-Run
- When enabled, agent commands will automatically run in the terminal
Enable Auto File Delete
- When enabled, allows the agent to automatically delete files when needed
Enable Automatic Remove Unused Imports
- When enabled, Firebender will automatically clean up unused imports in your code
