If you’re experiencing issues with Firebender, you can easily send diagnostic logs to help our team troubleshoot the problem.

How to Send Logs

  1. Click the Options menu (three dots icon) in the top-right corner of the chat window

  1. Select “Send Logs” from the dropdown menu
Send Logs option in menu Your logs will be automatically uploaded to help our team identify and resolve issues more quickly.
After we resolve your issue, we will delete the logs from our systems.
